Refund policy

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Your right of revocation is exercised by notifying us (Playmais GmbH, Heide 26, 46286 Dorsten, info@playmais.com, telephone: +49 2369/9898-0, fax: +49 2369/9898-98) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached standard revocation form for this purpose; however, this is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send the notification to exercise your right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation from this contract. The refund is processed using the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances are you be charged any fees for this refund. We can refuse to refund payments until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever takes place sooner.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date you notified us you are cancelling this contract. The deadline is guaranteed if you send the goods before expiration of the fourteen day period. We bear the costs for returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
