General Terms and Conditions

1. Area of application

The following GTC apply for all orders via our online shop.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Playmais GmbH.
The contract is concluded when we expressly confirm your order, dispatch the ordered goods, or do not object to the order within five business days after receipt of your order.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can view and download the General Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. You can view your past orders in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

Shipping costs are added to the product prices listed. Further information on shipping costs can be found in the individual offers.
Delivery is by mail order only. Personal collection of goods is unfortunately not possible.
Delivery to parcel stations is not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

PayPal, PayPal Express
You are redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal during the ordering process. You must be registered with PayPal, or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction to us in order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
The payment transaction then takes place automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards.

Invoice
A successful credit check is required. You receive the invoice with the goods. If you select the payment method "Invoice", the invoice amount must be transferred to the bank account specified therein within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects shall apply. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their specific conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
