We ship within Germany only.

Shipping costs: € 4.90
Shipping is free for orders over € 29.

We also offer shipping via DHL within Germany.
Shipping costs: 6.70 euros. Free shipping is not available with DHL.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return unopened and undamaged Playmais boxes to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns:

• The item must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Please include a copy of the invoice or the packing slip with your return so we can match it to your order.
